IVR Processing Delays

We're aware of an issue causing delays in IVR processing. To resolve this delay, we'll be conducting system maintenance tonight from 12:00–12:30 AM ET.
Visit data and confirmation using IVR is not lost and will be available in the portal tomorrow after we perform system maintenance. In the meantime, please have your caregivers clock in and out using our caregiver mobile app if possible.

NOTE: To avoid duplicate entries that will require cleanup later, please do not manually confirm visits entered via IVR today. Thank you for your patience.
