Incident Report for HHAeXchange

Please note that the HHAeXchange system is experiencing delays with data processing that may impact you in the following ways:

Reports may not have updated information from the past 4 hours
Changes to Caregiver schedules will be reflected in the phone system and on the HHAeXchange Mobile Application with a 4 hours delay
Calls (and specifically Clock-Out calls) may appear directly on the Call Dashboard as exceptions

We will keep you up to date as our technical team works to resolve this issue.

States Impacted: Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, West Virginia.
