We apologize for the short notice. We identified an issue that requires immediate maintenance to help ensure the stability of the HHAeXchange platform.
Maintenance Window: Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM ET Provider System Downtime: 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM ET What to expect during this time: Providers will be unable to log in to the platform between 12:00 AM and 2:00 AM ET. Caregivers will still be able to clock in and out as normal. However, visit data recorded during the maintenance window will upload and appear in the system after 4:00 AM ET. No data will be lost, and no action is required from providers or caregivers at this time.
We understand that last-minute maintenance can be disruptive, and we appreciate your patience as we complete this work to prevent larger issues in the future.
